Wills, Probate & Power of Attorney

A Will is an important document and will ensure
that your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes.
Your Will may state who you want your estate to be
left to or may contain specific bequests to multiple beneficiaries. Your Will may also state your wishes in relation to
any funeral service you may or may not desire.
If you do not have a valid Will at the time of your
death, your family and loved ones may suffer delays and increased legal
costs in relation to the administration of your estate
It is also important to have an Enduring Power of
Attorney. A Will operates on your death but an Enduring Power of Attorney
operates during your life, where you or your partner are injured or become
ill to make financial and health decisions for yourself or your children. |
